dentsu X launches in Austria with Jakob Schönherr leading the new agency brand.

We are delighted to announce dentsu X, an agency brand of Dentsu Aegis Network has officially launched in Austria through the rebrand of OmniMedia GmbH and mediastrategen GmbH.

dentsu X is one of the largest media agency from Asia. These roots give rise to a “unique mix” of Asian thinking, especially in terms of Technology coupled with Western precision. At the heart of dentsu X is the “Motivation and Attention Planning“ process, which in combination with M1 Planner, a human-branded media study with over 4,000 people surveyed annually in Austria, provides deeper insights and individual solutions for customer inquiries of any kind should deliver.

Redistribution of senior executives

Jakob Schönherr, former Managing Director of media.at, will take over the management of dentsu X. Petra Hofstätter, formerly Agency Lead of mediastrategen GmbH, will act as Head of Operations for both brands. Stefan Strohofer, former Agency Lead of Omnimedia GmbH, will be dedicated to the strategy of existing and new customers as a lead of strategy.
